This website publishes written guides about Apple's device management framework and its use for content filtering and accountability on macOS. It is an informational resource and nothing more.

No products or services are offered or sold here. There is nothing to purchase, subscribe to, or sign up for. No consulting, configuration, deployment, or support service is provided, whether paid or unpaid. Using this site does not create a client, advisory, or professional relationship of any kind.

2. Not professional advice

The material here is general information. It is not legal, security, technical, or professional advice for your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

Reasonable effort is made to keep this material accurate, but no warranty is given that it is complete, current, or free of error. Apple's platforms change with each release, and behavior described here may become outdated without the page being updated.

Where a technical detail matters to you, verify it against Apple's current documentation and test it on the device before relying on it. Corrections are welcome via the contact page.

This site does not endorse and will not assist with covert monitoring of any person, or with configuring devices belonging to someone who has not consented.

Content filtering and device restrictions substantially raise the difficulty of reaching blocked material, but no filtering approach is complete. New sites appear continuously, categorization is imperfect, and a determined user may find a bypass — most obviously by using a device that is not managed at all.

No representation is made that any configuration described here will block all objectionable content, that legitimate content will never be blocked in error, or that restrictions cannot be circumvented.
